Fire Whirls

Well, here is a new phenomenon that I just discovered. It is known as a fire whirl, though that sounds like an amusement park ride gone wrong. It looks sort of like a tornado of flame, that can be up to 6- 200 feet in the air. It can also be referred to as a Fire Tornado, or a Firenado.Want to find out more about this amazingly dangerously terrifingly awesome phenomenon?
The Fire Whirl forms over the site of a out of control fire. This fire heats up the air above it, and the heated air rises, forming a spiral of rising air around a column of fire. Sometimes, as clouds form above the fire whirl, the clouds pull the Fire Whirl higher and higher, as in the picture on the right.
This Fire whirl looks amazing, but I recommend that if you ever see a fire whirl, DON'T get close. Fire is dangerous.
