My view on zoos

I feel that zoo's can help injured or endangered animals. If an endangered animal was out in the wild, it could get hurt and lose even more of its kind.  Zoo's are also good because they let people see and learn about different types of animals. I know some people say that once you put a animal in a zoo it can never go back into the wild. But i think it can happen. Scientist have special "zoo's" to help endangered animals. They use these "zoo's" to train animals so they can go back into the wild. I have read an article about a whale from Sea World. The workers where thinking about getting a new whale, but they didn't know of they could the whale back into the ocean. They trained the whale little by little until he was able to leave. It wasn't an easy job though. They had to get the whale used to not being with humans, they had to train the whale to find food all over again. As i said zoos can be both good or bad. One reason i think zoos can be bad is because some zoos can be very bad ones. That can cause the animals to want to escape. But even after all this, i still think zoos are better than bad.
