Jasper's view on zoos

I was prompted by DragonDawn to write an article about my view point on zoos.  Here are my views.

• Zoos can help endangered animals grow in numbers.
• Zoos play a pretty big part in reintroduction programs, which are programs to release animals into the wild.
• Zoos can be used to teach people "No, don't pet the insert-animal-here."  It can help instead help people develop a respect for animals. 
• Zoos provide a safe place for animals injured in a way that won't let them survive in the wild.  For example, a bird with a damaged wing.  

So, zoos are a pretty good way to help people understand and help animals in a safe way, and give animals a safe place to live.
