This is an average family, right? Nope. Gregorio and Ingrid Cortez (their parents) are semi-retired OSS agents (OSS stands for Organization of Super Spies), and made the choice to not tell their kids what their first job was. Gregorio finds out that some OSS spies are missing and notices some facial similarities between the agents and the Fooglies, so he and Ingrid go to investigate, dumping the kids with their 'uncle' (family guardian in reality). Naturally, this was a dumb idea and the parents get captured by Floop. At Floop's castle, Floop is reluctantly assisting a business man in creating an army of super-strong robotic children, created by Floop's assistant: Minion. In order to make the robots not speak gibberish, they need the Third Brain, which Gregorio helped make and hid when it was supposed to be destroyed. The family house and safe house is searched and the Brain is found, giving the kids a smack in the face with the clue-by-four that their parents are spies and that maybe they should become spies to save their parents. So they team up and save the world.
Plot
Carmen and Juni Cortez are your average pre-teen siblings: they hate each other.
Juni is obsessed with a kids show called 'Floop's Fooglies', a show that features Fegan Floop and his colorful mutant friends called Fooglies.

My Opinion
Unlike many family movies, it's entertaining and doesn't contain heaps of potty humor. The message of the movie is very good: Family should stick together no matter what. I'm not a fan of the animation, but it was the early 2000's and this was pretty new technology. I give it a 5/5.
