Tips about moving

Today's the big day. You're moving! But you can't seem to find phone, or a box is missing. What should you do!!!!!! You should learn to get yourself organized and ready when you're moving; here's some tips that can help.

1. Don't wait last minute to pack- Make sure all the things you aren't using are packed away. Pack the important things last. You don't want to be stuck in a mess of moving boxes and packing them all at the same time!

2. Get help- Sometimes you can't do everything on your own, so get some friends to help. Do what I call a "Painting Party". You invite your friends over to help paint, pack, and (if you want) unpack.

3. So much to do, so little time?- Lets say you bought a house because it was a good price and not a lot of big jobs to do. However, there's a lot of little jobs to do like, painting furniture, fixing windows, and unclogging the sink. To get rid of this problem you should fix all the big projects first, and the little ones for last. That way you can live in the house without worrying about a big mess.

4. Bedroom Themes- When people move into a new house they usually want a room that matches their personality. But after a while, their taste might change, and you could be stuck with a bright neon pink room when your favorite color is navy blue. So pick a neutral theme for your room, so if you change your mind on the look, you can change the room easily.

5. Unpacking is easy- Your probably thinking right now, "How is unpacking easy?" Well, when unpacking you want to make sure that your bed and clothes are unpacked first, then every other thing is just small simple stuff.

6. Don't wait last minute to unpack either- If you wait until last minute to unpack, you'll just keep procrastinating your work. You'll think you've unpacked everything, but really, you've only unpacked the big stuff. Unpack the small stuff first to make you feel like you have a lot to do.

If you follow these steps, your sure to move much easier.
