Geek club!

So, since the older kid's afternoon will be freed up next year, we get to decide a few classes, and we chose to create a Geek club.

Geek Club will basically be this: the Older Kids (at least), Ms. Cristina, and anyone else who is free and wants to join will be able to participate.  Each of the older kids will take turns, giving a short lesson about a geeky topic, such as X-files (I want to believe!), and then we will do a related activity (maybe drawing aliens or something). Members must be at least 9 and up to join. Please email Mulberry if you are interested in joining.

This is going to be a lot of fun. We are still figuring out a few details, such as the time block, classroom, logo, and tee-shirts, but Geek club is going to be a reality, once the spring semester starts!
