Felting/gnomes.

First reason why you should needle felt: they are just plain cute. observe pictures below.

2: They can be incredibly realistic looking.

3.You only need a couple things!  wool, a special needle, a mat or sponge, a hard surface, and maybe some sculpture wire.

4. It is fun! Basically, you go and tab the needle in the place you want flatter, or add more wool to the place you want bigger. 

5. They can make very cute and fun gifts.

6. You can hide them somewhere and wait for people to find them (my dad hid one in the car)

How can you argue against making some of these? They are too cute!!
