Book reviews 2

Rumpelstiltskin's Daughter
This delightful book is about the tale of Rumpelstiltskin, with an unexpected twist or two.... It is a fun read, meant for younger kids.

Rapunzel's Revenge

This book is a graphic novel (gasp). However, it is also an awesome retold fairytale about how Rapunzel decides to take revenge on Mother Gothel, using, of course, her long, long hair. Meant for middle to older.

The Hero's Guide to Saving your Kingdom

This is another awesome retold fairy-tale. This book tells the stories of Prince Fredric (Cinderella), Prince Gustav (Rapunzel), Prince Liam (Sleeping Beauty), and Prince Duncan (Snow White). These princes are tired of being referred to as just Prince Charming so that it seems like just one person, and overlooked. (Just look at the names of their tales!) When a devious plot is created, to kill the bards, and Ella goes missing, these princes join together. Will they survive? This book is meant for middle to older, and maybe a few younger.

Snow

This book is a retelling of the story of..... Snow White! Are you surprised? Snow, in this story, is Jessica,a young duchess, whose mother died in childbirth. Her father stays away from her, and she was practically raised by the servants. Until the Duchess Anne came and married her father. Anne is obsessed with giving Jessica's father a son. What will happen next? A older kids (sort of) romantic book, with some amazing characters that you will want to imagine.
