Tootsie: April 26 (2pm) and April 29 (2pm and 7pm).  Rated PG.

Open Hearth Cooking Demonstration: From Scratch at Historic Deerfield

On Saturdays in May at Historic Deerfield, cooks will be demonstrating 18th century open-hearth cooking.  If you haven't observed open-hearth cooking before, go to this event because it is really cool to watch.  You can also peruse some 18th century cookbooks and learn how to decipher recipes from that time.

Up Close: Live Birds of Prey at Bullitt Reservation in Ashfield

On Saturday, April 25, there's going to be a birds of prey demonstration.  Types of birds that will be shown include hawks and owls.  Birds of prey demonstrations are always cool to watch; you get to learn a lot about the types of birds of prey and how they hunt.  More information in the link below.
